Moya Coop and Confections was born from love, purpose and resilience. Named in honor of our son, who lives with moyamoya disease, a rare cerebrovascular condition. This bakery is our way of raising awareness while doing what I love most: baking.

Every treat that comes out of our kitchen is baked with intention and heart. You’ll notice something special about our menu. Each dessert is named after one of our beloved chickens, adding a touch of whimsy and personality to everything we do. Even the background of our logo and labels holds deep meaning. It features our son’s angiogram scan; a powerful reminder of the strength and courage that fuels everything we do.
